Q: How do you ensure my pet’s safety during walks? A: Your pet’s safety is our top priority. Our walkers are trained in pet-handling techniques and follow strict safety protocols including fitting tracking tags before walks. Our walkers are attentive to each dog’s needs, using secure leashes and monitoring surroundings carefully. We are also fully insured.
Q: Can I book services for while I'm away on Holiday? A: Absolutely! We offer both Daily and Home Sitting services for clients on Holiday. Our sitters can visit daily, stay overnight, and even handle small household tasks like plant watering and post collection to keep your home in order while you’re away.
Q: Are you insured to walk or sit for my pet? A: Yes we are fully insured as dog walkers and pet sitters, including public liability insurance and happy to provide a copy of our insurance upon request.
Q: How does Waggy Tails handle emergencies? A: In case of a pet emergency while in our care, we will contact you immediately and take your pet to a trusted vet if needed, following any specific instructions you provide. When we start working with you we will keep a file on your pet and have all their details to hand.
